Have you ever felt like you needed more help around the house or with the kids and you felt too uncomfortable to ask? Whether it's with your husband, or family, or even with your grown kids... and when you do finally ask -they do half ass job, that's never good enough so you end up just redoing it and never want to ask for help again! Then the duties just keep piling on… does this sound familiar Or are we the only control freaks...

Today we’re sharing the times in OUR lives when WE struggled to ask for help, how we felt ALL the feelings from ungrateful to resentful. And how we learned to communicate our needs now.  So hopefully we can help you lighten your load a bit.
   We Discuss...
  • Did you see your Dad help your mom with the kids or housework?
  • Does asking for help come naturally to you or is it awkward?
  • Did you ever feel resentment towards your partner for not helping?
  • How do you let your husband know you need more help?
  • How do you get help from your kids?
  • How do you lighten your load?
